Mediocre isn't such a bad descriptive in this niche. In fact it could mean "slightly above average." The things u mentioned r the things I happen to love about her as well. But considering her surrounding counterparts, she blows a lot of gurls out of the water, a lot, and is mediocre compared to the uber hotties. Hence I believe she's "mediocre."
