i have been here for over a month. First, it depends upon where you are. I found more options in Sao Paulo than I did in Rio. Second, if you dont get a translator it is really fucking hard, unless 3 you go to those special places in Sao Paulo that are like hotels you rent by the hour where you basically go through a little book and pick out the picture of who you want to see and they arrive usually within 30 minutes. Me, i wanted 3 or 4 girls at a time to party half the night in my hotel... good luck with that fantasy.
