Middle, working class & poor people who support Republicans are SUCKERS!
The Republican Party's number one priority is to maintain & expand wealth and power for the Ruling Class (ie, Large Corporations and the super wealthy people in this country). In order to do this they give campaign donations(bribes) to politicians in Congress in order to pass legislation that finacially benefits them. To get people to vote for them they often focus on social issues like gay marriage, abortion rights, gun rights, etc to divide us. This divide & conquer strategy has made it easy for them to maintain political control. When the 99% realizes this, we'll be able to turn our economy around and elect politicians who get economic policies passed that benefit all of us, not the corporations, and rich.

Buying lottery tickets is the most moronic thing you can do with your money,
but the 7-11s are rife with lower economic rungers lining up to chase a carrot on a stick.
Of the 2% of the country that actually know what Obamacare really is, 1% are insurance CEOs and pharmacy CEOs that DO NOT want the American people to find out what it really is.
The underfunded American School System with it's 30 kids per class breeds a "shut up and listen" group dynamis that Commercial Advertising Loves.
The days of the USA PRODUCING the World's cars, TVs, cameras,
toys, etc are OVER. The world has caught up. We need to breed math and science leaders. If every school class had 15 kids in it, the American student would once again lead the world.
MONEY is the common thread that divides us.

Great post, Natina. I would also say that they control large media corporations that uses fear and frustration of the ordinary hard working man to divide and to confuse.
But how can we change any of that?

I'm not sure this chart is what the Founding Fathers had in mind when they were shooting hot lead into the Redcoats. This is not the only chart the republicans look at, however, it's the only one the people who finance the republicans look at. They're real serious about their money and they'll spend all the money it takes to keep this pie like it is.

Exactly dare I say it fX@k it I will, we need to do as your signature says and stop buying into the capitalism consumerism culture, we only need the basics not the bullshits which helps to prop them up and maintain their power over us, whilst we remain under seige surrounded by the prison without walls.
