Just wondering where people think Toby's law/act is going to be implemented next in North America?

Currently only Ontario and Nunavut have included Gender Identity and Gender Expression into their Human Rights.

so who do you think is the next state/province to pick this up?

Stateside, NJ already has us included - it's part of why I haven't left the state :p.

In terms of anything state or federal, expect it to be done in the US around 2050. In most places it's 100% legal to fire people for transitioning or discriminate in hiring against trans people in 2012.
