10 pounds added by the camera is irrelevant because 10 pounds would've been added back when she was at her skinniest. So if she weighed 130 or something at her skinniest and add 10 pounds, she's 140. If she gained weight up to 145 and the camera added 10, she's 155. Regardless, she gained actual weight.

Also, jelquing, stretching and pumping are ways to increase penis size. Aside from surgery, those are really the only ways to increase size.

The camera doesn't add ten pounds but the burgers and fries do. She's dropped a couple pounds since her recent ballooning but she's got a little way to go to get back to that trim tummy. As far as her dick size goes in relation to all this, I'd say it's a separate matter and not connected with HGH.
