Where besides NOWBAR do all the lovely TS ladies hangout??

hazy, it's been closed for almost 2 years.

seriously, someone should do something with that space. It's a cool neighborhood right before Holland Tunnel approach. Could be good for a cafe or Italian restaurant (red sauce). I'm sure the rent's not crazy cause it's not too big.
