that you speak spanish and your proximate ancestry is of mexican or south american origin does not automatically mean you must be mixed and not white. The latino ethnicity is the most cosmopolitan of all ethnicities due to how the western hemisphere was founded. would you say bob costas or charlie sheen aren't white? they are cuban, so latino by ethnicity, but white by race.
"white" people come in many ethnicities and nationalities. they run the gambit from nordic pasty people to olive colored Mediterranean people. they speak all languages from russian to spanish to afrikaans. therefore it is fair to include latinas on this list if they are largely "white." you have to take into account how they self-identify as well as what you are "prove" about their heritage.
as far as the inclusion of "mixed" girls on this thread...that's a personal choice if you want to be very strict to a racial profile or not. For my part, if you at least 50% white or more, and phenotypically look white, I'm fine with inclusion on this thread.
