there was talk he would direct a rambo series of films with a cameo role but a new person playing the role of john rambo but from the vietnam perspetice when he was in shadow company or what ever it was called ...saw that on the net a few sites ..

well i love captain america, iron man etc .. but the last films have been pretty piss poor so i dont really hold much hope for the avengers .. though i will enjoy it .. it wont be anywhere near the same league as the hobbit or prometheous in production/acting/story etc

Have you seen the awsomeness of Serenity? Whedon is great with character moments and juggling an ensemble cast; gets comics books and gets heroic epics.

Actually it was Jaws The Revenge not JAWS 3 - JAWS 3 was a really bad 3-d film, JAWS the Revenge is the one where Brody and his entire entire family have been killed by sharks in the previous films except his wife who believes the sharks have a grudge against them so of course instead of holidaying somewhere like Switzerland she goes to the Bahamas.

In Caine's defence when asked why he did it he pointed out that he got to spend 3 months filming in the Bahamas during an English Winter.

When asked why he made so many ordinary films he stated he never rid scripts he just threw them up in the air and whichever ones landed title page up - he did.

In another interview he pointed out that producers often drove big trucks full of money up to his house and dumped the cash on his lawn so he felt obliged to do the films.

In other words Caine knows that his CV is full of turkeys but laughs about it.

Nobody sets out to make a bad film but there are heaps of examples where things go south and what seemed a good idea ends up a mess. JAWS the Revenge was never a good idea but in Caines defence 3 months in the Bahamas sounds like a pretty sweet gig. I will not forgive Bewitched though ... that was the worst of any of his films merely on the fact that too many talented people made that rubbish.

Rambo 3 is where the franchise jumped the shark. The scene where Rambo is in some sort of foxhole, and all these military helicopters and tanks come up on them and he takes them all out with a bazooka, madness!
