I saw this. My brother saw a Republican IN OFFICE on Bill Moyers during the Bush administration call his party members hopelessly corrupt.

The statement is inaccurate. "Bankrupt" is what happens when you lose something you have. Morality isn't allowed on Wall Street. We have laws against that shit. The only thing even resembling ethics at all is government regulation or the fear of shunning by other traders if you rip them off instead of just your clients.
