I would never have hired him in the first place. We don't need to protect our freedoms from the government, we need government to protect our freedoms from larger organized interests.

100 per cent agreement. This is true around the world.
I would never have hired him in the first place. We don't need to protect our freedoms from the government, we need government to protect our freedoms from larger organized interests.

What's the point Ben? The Judge was OK....but he wasn't getting any ratings. He wasn't fired because he was a libertarian.

That sounds stangely, remarkably, Jeffersonian....NOT.

Saw him on FNC today on Cavuto's show. I really liked the Freedom Watch show and will miss it. I thought Judge Napolitano should have taken Glenn Beck's timeslot.

"In television, shows are cancelled all the time. Two of my former shows have been cancelled, and after each cancellation, Fox has rewarded me with more and better work. This cancellation--along with others that accompanied it--was the result of a business judgment here, and is completely unrelated to the FreedomWatch message.
It would make a world of a difference for all of us, if you would KINDLY STOP SENDING EMAILS TO FOX. I am well. Your values are strong. I will continue to articulate those values here at Fox. But the emails many of you are sending are unfairly interfering with my work and that of my colleagues here. The emails even violate our values because they interfere with the use of private property. I have accepted the cancellation decision with good cheer and a sense of gearing up for the future. You should as well. As a favor to me, and as I have asked this past weekend, PLEASE STOP SENDING EMAILS TO MY COLLEAGUES AT FOX ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OF FreedomWatch; and please stop NOW." -Judge Napolitano

You mean the government that inspects 4 year olds lunch boxes? No the troglodyte Christians who want to rape woman with trans-vaginal ultrasound imagers. The fracking gas companies that poison your wells. The insurance companies that don't cover preexisting conditions. The commercial banking industry that cheats you out of your life savings, your home and plunges the world economy down the toilet. The oil companies whose leaks destroy entire coastlines and the livelihoods of restauranteers, fishermen, crabbers, shrimpers etc. etc. etc.

If not for the government of by and for the people we wouldn't have Constitutionally granted freedoms to defend, nor the courts (to which we bring our grievances), nor the legislative houses (which represent our collective, competing wills) nor the executive (to enforce our will). I'm not sure why you hate America so much, but I love it. I'm American through and through.

Lol, look back at your hate filled statement and see how much love you see.

American through and through? Good lets get together sometime and study the rights of freedom under the Constitution.

I don't think you will find the right of the federal government to dictate what private industry sells and how. For goodness sakes if a gas company poisoned your well you have legal rights to pursue restitution. Explain to me how a commercial, (private enterprise), bank cheated you out of all of that. Was it that you entered into a contract with them and you failed to uphold your end of the agreement? Welcome to darwin's theory of natural selection. As you may have noticed BP has done everything humanly possible to correct they accident in the Gulf. The environmental impact was minor, and the clean up was the best in its class. But you know if we just all lived in caves we wouldn't need oil.

Don't even hand me your line of bullshit you love America. You may love the America your trying to make, but the one that was founded on freedom and the power of the individual makes you foam at the mouth with hatred.

I'm sorry but you don't believe in Darwin's theory of natural selection, though apparently you advocate artificial selection of legislation by the most powerful corporate entities. That not Darwinism, it's simply blind support of corporate lobbyists.

The environmental impact was everything but minor. And the economy of the gulf was seriously damaged. The clean up was as good as it could be, but hardly sufficient. If there was proper regulation of the industry properly enforced, the leak would never have occurred.

If frackers poison your well you have a legal right to pursue restitution against a corporate whose well of funds is deeper than yours by one billion-fold. Ask the citizens of rural Pennsylvania how easy it is to obtain restitution. With proper regulation wells would get poisoned. Besides the question of restitution, there's the real question of pollution a valuable resource.

Sure you will. Well, kind of... Government entities don't have rights. But Constitutionally, Congress has the power to regulate commerce. They also have the power & duty to promote the general welfare. What you won't find in the Charters of Freedom (the founding documents) is mention of the "power of the individual". The Constitution establishes the power of the collective. You might want to try reading it sometime.
