I don't know dude....that might be a little over the top. I always come down on the issues on the side of a certain amount of decency.....at least for a few days.... I think we all know the back story with Ms. Houston, and for those that don't...they'll be dozens of documentaries diving into the smallest detail. I do think round the clock coverage was a bit excessive, but the reality is we live in a culture fueled by celebrity. I find that discouraging, but it is what it is.

Well I think it's food for thought. I have vets in my family who seem fine, but that doesn't mean they weren't traumatized. My uncle's job in Vietnam was picking up body parts and putting them in bags. I was told that he used to wake up in the middle of the night ready to kill someone. It took him years to finally stop doing that and it scared the shit out of my aunt and cousins. I'm just saying, it's not like people don't come home as damaged goods. And then there are all of the serial killers who were/are vets. They came home desensitized to violence, and even addicted to it.
