Thanks! as to your question: I'm completely independent. I pay for my own server space, CCbill account, I run all the production and post production, handle my own affiliate program, the works. Is this the best idea in the world? Depends on how hands on you wish to be. I love the control but I will admit that if I were part of one of the two big solo networks, (SMC & more recently, Grooby) I'd probably have much farther reach. I've been at it for six years and wasn't really ever approached by SMC cause until recently I was more easily lumped into the CD category and Grooby hasn't touched me cause I've already established my own thing... once the HRT takes full effect things might change, options may present themselves but right now I'm holding down the fort without any real hassles. My site updates every Monday, 6 years running with plenty of content cached and waiting to be uploaded so things are okeydoke for now.
