you can't prove intent nor can you show that she knowingly infected him unless Vo's medical records show that she was diagnosed and forced this dude to have unprotected sex.

if anything, if its not true, Vo can sue this dude for libelous statements.

Sorry to hear this ... the poster makes an interesting connect however [referencing that she isn't in movies anymore, which would be a consequence of having a positive status]. However, in the world of escorts ... shouldn't EVERYONE be interesting in protecting themselves? Yes, we all have had lapses in judgment ... but I think it takes some serious action to become infected [this despite the research that suggests it takes more than a single exposure to result in infection].

the authorities cannot charge the poster with liable or slander unless Vo gets CL to cough up the IP address. This is not a crime that the police will investigate, if in fact, someone's just trying to smear Vo. Also, I don't CL is in the habit of just handing over IP addresses just because a private party feels they are wronged.

That's a shitty and unforgivable thing to say about someone if it isn't true. I live in Los Angeles and see escorts. If I were on the fence about seeing Vo, I might decide against it based on false information. Vo has always had a good rep as an escort who has treated her clients well. She's a business person like anyone else who doesn't deserve to have her good reputation tarnished.

The poster can not be charged with Libel or slander as there is no penal code violation for either. It is strictly a civil matter to be held in a civil court and any desk officer at any police station in America will laugh at you for even requesting an investigation. No crime!!!!!!!

I don't know who the girl above is, nor do I know her status. But I do know that whoever is making these posts on CL doesn't know either.
