I consider this one the best news of the year to all of us.

“Thai airline PC Air made its first flight with a crew composed of transsexuals, this Thursday (December 15, 2011). The new crew was part of the flight between Bangkok and Surat Thani, southern Thailand.
The PC Air became the first in the country to hire transsexuals to exercise the function of stewardess, classifying them as “third sex” to the immigration authorities.
The airline had hired the female flight attendants earlier this year after a competitive selection. The requested requirements to candidates transsexuals were the same that the PC Air calls on women, as beauty, friendliness and femininity.
The Thailand has a reputation as a tolerant country in relation to transsexuals, although there are complaints that continue to suffer persecution in the country.”

But Easyjet? Hmmmmm..... you'd have to pay for it in advance for sure. And would not be able to choose which member of the flight crew you go to enjoy. And nor would you get first choice unless you paid for speedy boarding... or perhaps speedy mounting.

Paulistano - I said an important MAN'S jet and the air hostesses were off limits for us mere mortals flying as his guests.

I know that doesn't have much to do with the topic, but once I met a beautiful blonde dressed in black on a flight from Sao Paulo to Lisbon. We’ve lost the connection to Madrid and we had to wait at Lisbon Airport for about four hours. I invited her for a coffee and she told me she was mourning the death of her husband, that’s why the black dress.
