Just a thought that sometimes flows through my mind: a ts escort with a little bit of entrepreneurial spirit would just invest the donation of 1 every 30 clients to create 10 TER accounts and write excellent reviews about herself.
Plus all the TS forums are free, so it's easy to create self-reviews.
Do you guys think this happens?
I mean, how much can reviews be trusted?

When reading reviews, like with everything, use common sense.

True, an escort could do that. But -- TER doesn't publish every review, even if you're a paid member. You have to post at least three times and they won't publish many reviews from a single member for a single escort.
Plus, what about the ladies who get more negative than positive reviews? There are more than a few like that.

Well this is real life so of course it happens although whether they invest money into it on TER is stretching it a bit IMHO but certainly on the free forums such as this one.
The degree to which a review can be trusted depends on many factors but as the_corner rightly says common sense should prevail.
These are some of the things you can look for:
* trusted regular contributor
* factual rather than gushing
* mechanics of meeting - location, communication, pricing included
* at least some more intimate details
* reviewer reviews other escorts
* the language usage may go astray sometimes poor/strange English which may wander from first to third-person and then you see these patterns repeated by different users reviewing the same girl
etc. etc.
