I have a very strict diet as to what I will put into my body. Because of this I don't stack on the weight like a lot of other people do. Most people cringe when I explain it to them but I look and feel good so it is totally worth it to me.

I'm like a roller-coaster. I've dropped weight for boxing and wrestling but I'm a real oinker when I'm not training for anything. I've actually recently gotten down to 260 from 310 but that was mostly beer. I feel pretty good now.

No, I do absolutely nothing physical other than fuck, cam shows and the walking I do while shopping. I damaged both of my knees right before leaving the Marines so running, biking and any other strenuous stuff is out the question.

I like what I like, and it's irrelevant to me if no one else does, so I'm giving out my own awards this year. Britt's way ahead in 2 categories so far. I totally forgot about the tons of sex. That's the best cardio of all. If I had a girlfriend I'd be shredded and she'd be tired.

I live by Century City and use the LA Country Club as a track. I used to run around it 3x at a good clip but now I walk. Seems to take longer but I can still walk the next day. My knee tendons kill when I run now.
