Samurai Cop is in terrible need of a sequel. Yakuza Boss Robert Z'Dar still answers on the third ring and is as authentic Japanese as Toshirô Mifune.

Probably one about a famous British operation in WW2. The americans have a monopoly on WW2 these days, and people forget the large role the british and common wealth armed forces played. I also think there is shortage recently in hollywood generally of decent lads action films. What better than a good war film with men in it made for men ,lots of guns explosions and a heroic story.

You could even do one with the germans wehrmacht or even the Waffen SS, Iam sure there were plenty of heroic actions in those units we don't get to hear about and Iam think it's time we acknowledged it.

The falklands war while short in duration was seriously brutal ,traditional close quarter fighting British professional soldiers, from highly trained units against inexperienced conscripts. Iam sure a film could be made that would be a seller.

Iam sure you would have to glitz it up be adlib with the history to make a good movie, but I for one am sick of the same old same old hollywood shite. There is nothing for men to watch. And there are far too many remakes.

Arnie, what are your favorite War Films? Any directors from the UK that you like? I'd like to see something I haven't seen yet.

Apocalypse Now is still my favorite on many levels. Brando was very inspiring.

If you like Apocalypse, check out Aguirre, The Wrath Of God. Great Kinski/Herzog film.

I personally am entranced by the idea of the "forced feminization" concept.

Here is my outline:

Amy Daly, transsexual lesbian and America's favorite T-girl tomboy, is ripping around North Hollywood on her skateboard, keying cars that have "Yes on 8" bumper stickers, knocking over trash cans, giving church ladies the finger and just generally acting like a complete asshole, when suddenly a blinged out 'Clade jumps the curb in front of her. After recovering from her slide over the hood, She looks up and into the faces of Vanity and Tara Emory, who yank poor Amy to her feet and proceed to give her a good solid ass-kicking. After throwing her into the back, they haul ass back to their crib, but not before stopping at Home Depot for a case of Seal-Test.

Cut to one month later:

Amy is now unrecognizable from her previous self, but is a totally pumped out bitchin' fox, with the kind of curves that would make any Mexicali streetwalker proud to have. Mistress Sarina has used her remarkable make-up skills to perfection on our new girl, from her waist length extensions to her fur eyelashes and down to her perfect pedicure.

All four of our girls now have a delightful lingerie show, involving corsets and much champagne. I would like to work in a hot-tub scene.

If Grooby is interested they can PM me here.

I would have to remake Miami Vice the right way. Michael Mann's version was not so good. And I will cast Vivian Porto as the leading lady.http://http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4xSA7_aEtI

Always been a fan of The Great Silence. Great Spaghetti Western which the hero is horribly wounded like Fistful Of Dollars. The film builds him back up as a giant giving the audience hope only to have it taken away when he is shot in cold blood by Klaus Kinski. A woman grieves over the hero's body anguishing. She is shot. Credits roll. That's it.

There is not enough action stars and there is far to much films with caring and sharing .

I'd like to make a film about a woman who works through Julia Child's famous book of French cuisine, doing one recipe a day from the front of the book to the back. It's a movie of adventure and romance. At one point she becomes so demoralized she's about ready to give up on the whole project. But her lover supports and encourages her in her dream...until he learns that the next project is to work through the complete book of English cooking.

I would make a documentary about how corrupt and immoral the Federal government of the United States is: How they've trampled all over the Constitution under the phony shroud of social justice: How they have managed to completely overwhelm the legal rights of States to the point of rendering them nearly useless: And how they have apparantly managed to brainwash a large portion of our population who simply are incapable of seeing government in the same way they see large corporations - a bloated 'too big to fail' institution full of greedy, self serving scumbags who care less about serving the electorate and line their own pockets instead.

While not your specific storyline, you might enjoy this wonderful movie:

Babette's Feast was a terrific film
so was Julie and julia lol
Julie & Julia - Official Trailer - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjvJHsJD8ic)

But has anyone seen Le grand Bouffe - french film - about some people who decide to eat themselves to death!

La Grande Bouffe - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKnIbkaJwm8&feature=related)

Oh and in answer to your question Trish - my efforts which you might well have seen indicate who I am - but not in anyway that join up the dots to here x

La Grande Bouffe -I didn't know what this film was about until I saw it years ago, I think in the old Electric on Portobello Road. Seeing how Michel Piccoli died is something I will remember till I also die, even if it cannot be called a 'fond memory' (!).

English cooking...? Is that Game Pie, Hog's Head, and tarts? Or Delia Smith, or both?
