And the supply of it has remained constant, but with prices going up on a lot sites. We've maintained (or lowered) pricing on a lot of our sites for years despite other costs going up but increasing the price would be detrimental.

The method was going after people who steal, or upload our content - we hit them with different methods incl. tracing those who upload our content and getting the IP's (and by proxy real names/addresses) of those who download.

Effectiveness is difficult to measure as we're also the only company I know who hires a full time DMCA agent and utlizes PornGuardian but there is a lot less of our content available than many companies.

We'll then look at our entire staff, the models whom make up just a tiny part of getting the sites profitable. We try and pay as fairly as we can.

This is beyond my area of expertise, but if anyone can set up a website and charge people to view their private videos, there must be a free market out there, even if in these difficult economic times it is not a dynamic one. I don't speak for Seanchai but if performers don't like his rates, I assume there are alternatives -his sites may be the Walmart of the 'shemale' industry, but there are other 'places' to shop -I can think of a few escorts who charge to see their x-rated videos.

Gonna tell you right now you are full of shit unless it was before 09. If Craig was paying girls less than $300 per solo scene for SYM, he was ripping girls off becuase their standard is $600 for two solos. How about I rephrase it. Nobody is making above the standard amount.
