there is a really simple answer.....

porn is very cookie cutter and the people that produce and film it are few and far between. as a result, you get the same scenarios and scenes with different actors. that said, actors have "rules and preferences" they hold to unless they get a hefty fee. so because of that, camera angles, story lines and pop shots are always going to be cookie cutter until some producer decides it is worth his money to pay up.
