A whole smoked herring. Grilled for breakfast and served with wholewheat toast and poached egg. Healthy and delicious and you continue to taste it for the rest of the day in your fishy burbs.

The only fish I usually eat these days is sushi. Just don't like cooked fish anymore with the exception of shrimp or maybe some swordfish or halibut.

Jesus, I can't remember the last time I had sushi, hmmmm! LA can't be compared - that's a fact - but being a NYCer, it's not a culinary option down here; same goes for pizza. I haven't eaten so much shrimp & oysters, tho

I'd eat seafood if I came down to Louisiana though. Love the Cajun Food.

The seafood (shrimp, soft-shell crab, oysters, crawfish, catfish(not for me) blue crabs, redfish, etc) is outstanding, but you have to get away from all the battered shit.
Throw your diet out the window when you come here

I'm not Jewish, so I will not fasting. I generally only observe Halloween as a holiday, and I celebrate by getting drunk.
If this thread is veering off into seafood or Cajun food land, then I'd like to add that I ate at a Cajun place the other day. Frog was on the menu, and I asked the waitress where they got the frogs from. She wasn't specific but she did say they were "farm raised". This led to me realizing my new dream job for my retirement years:
I wish to someday be a frog farmer. Either that or I'll locate other frog farmers and become a frog rustler. That might be more exciting, actually.

Well, don't blame me if you hate the frog farming community so much. They are noble, majestic creatures who deserve to be harvested with respect, and then eaten.
Honestly, I was thinking about farming frogs for petting zoos initially, until I was contacted by several wealthy banking industry Dragonflies who bought me a Jaguar.

How true that is, lol. One of the great things about herring for breakfast is that you "enjoy" it for the rest of the day whether you want to or not. Best places or types of kipper come from Loch Fyne in Scotland, Craster or Whitby in the north east and of course the Isle of Man.
Good man, Seanchai. As an alternative, how about smoked haddock with a poached egg and a little spinach? Food of the Gods.

Nikka, if you are Jewish that will remove any objections which my family would have to our marriage, LOL
BTW, Kippers are over ratted. A nice plate or herring in white onion sauce is the way to break fast, followed by a few hours of intense fucking and sucking :-)

Not sure what "goy" is unless you were writing "boy". I heard a few things about Koufax.
