Individuals with criminal records always say they had their criminal record/arrest record expunged by the courts through a paid attorney or through a personal request to a court to have their juvenile record expunged or sealed as well.
I'm here tell you that is completely FALSE. All that does is stop civilian background investigators (free background checks online) or public courts from releasing your arrests or convictions to the general public through a FOIA.
So, if an officer ask you if you have ever been arrested or on probation/parole as a juvenile or adult, be honest as we will check NCIC and CCHRS to verify and if you have lied, that encounter with that officer is going downhill.
Ask me anything, go ahead.
WTF does this have to do with porn? Quit polluting our smut with logical answers to questions that nobody asked. :trolls

Just trying to help the working girl from making a minor misdemeanor cite and release (citation) turn into an active field investigation that leads to an arrest and booking that requires bail to be paid. Sorry if your offended
Sounds more like you're making a threat.
If anyone wanted legal advice here, I'm sure they know where to go.

It is called sarcasm and humor. When was the last time I drilled into anyone on these threads? Why would I start with you?

Is there a conflict of interests being on a website that promotes prostitution when its illegal in your state and being a cop(Real question not just being an asshole).

Why would anyone get that far into a conversation with a cop? The ONLY thing you tell a cop is, "I do not consent to questioning, or searches". After that you ask for your attorney and say nothing more.
