Besides, 1/12 liter is approximately 2.(really long decimal) fluid ounces, and it doesn't seem possible that one could accidently ingest nearly three ounces of urine in a public swimming pool, especially considering that the urine in said pool will be quite diluted.

Depends on if it was just your average 25metre or an Olympic size I guess :P
