Don't know if anyone else had mentioned this before, but this site is freakin great. You can put just about any random band you like in there and they'll throw out several bands with similar style. Really helped me find some new music and I like some pretty eclectic stuff.

does a similar thing. you input a band and it creates
a map of bands that people who like the original
band also like. try it out.
