Would anyone know what the digital display's unit of measurement is in this video?

Bar.

The US, alongside Burma and Liberia is the only country not using the metric system on a daily basis... please get out of the Middle Age. :)

pascal Pa
1 Pa = 1 N/m² 1 kPa = 0,01 bar = 0,1 N/cm² = 0,10 mH2O = 7,5 mmHg = 0,0099 atm =0,145 psi = 0,02088 lbf/ft² = 0,334 ftH2O

bar bar

1 bar = 100'000 Pa = 100 kPa = 1,0197 kg/cm² = 10,198 mH2O = 750 mmHg = 0,987 atm = 14,5 psi = 33,455 ftH2O

millibar mbar
1 mbar = 100 Pa = 0,010 mH2O = 0,750 mmHg = 0,00102 kg/cm² = 0,0145 psi = 2,088 ldf/ft² = 0,033 ftH2O

My guess is that it is measuring the length of Vaniity's cock in centimeters.

23 cm = about 9 inches.

Btw,dbev, what does any of that have to do with the question?

The penis pump in the video has a display and that display is measuring pressure inside the tube, at least I think so.

Do you think that it was measuring the length of Vaniity's cock in centimeters?
