If it wasn't, did it become awkward for you at work?I met my wife at work and it has been very successful for us, since we've been married 22 years. We worked at a very large manufacturing facility and know other couples with similar success stories, as well as couples with failed relationships as well. The only awkwardness that showed was when one party was less than adult about things, which did happen quite a bit.

If you are contemplating a relationship with someone at work, my advice is to first check your employer's rules about this sort of thing. Many employers frown on these relationships, because of the problems that they can cause after a failure. :geek:
