This is a wild guess on my part but here is what i think:


I think her features have gotten more manly as she has aged. As a young t-woman she had youth on her side and she looked more feminine. She kept her little boys intact instead of getting castrated and some long term effects of testosterone make her more masculine. Not to be cruel but I think it is a fact of biology and genetics. Things like thickening in the skin/fat around the neck and slight changes to the cartilage in the ears and nose. Also a tendency for the hairline to move back, and hair to thin or at least lose some of its body.


I don't think the effect happens on those who opt to remove the T from there system. I think they tend to age more as a gg will. I don't think t blockers are enough, but now I'm really guessing.


And of course gravity makes the breasts sag regardless. She had great perky breasts when she was younger, but they are still pretty great.
