Warning to whoever is posting on that board

I was told to warn whoever is posting on that board mentioned and updating wikis from here - that they will be outed by their IP.

Several Hackers are going against said board, and have contacted me to let me know that since said board was mentioned. People from here are updating wikis. IF THOSE USERS INSIST ON DOING SO THEY WILL BE OUTED BY THIS GROUP. POSTING YOUR REAL NAME, ADDRESS, AND WHATEVER ELSE THEY CAN FIND ON YOU.

To support such a board full of lies and full of hate - will not be tolerated by them. Here are quotes from them to me.

They have already outed half the users on this board and a few porn bloggers. I was told to write this as a warning to the ones partaking in this board.

No not at all. You'd be surprised how much information can be found out with a little digging from an IP address, we had a recent situation where we managed to find out one of our largest pirate uploaders. Through google and about 4 hrs work, I followed a path finding which other forums he was on, what his other interests were and eventually this led us to not only his name, home address and phone number but also a photo of him. We are still going ahead and subpeona'ing his information from the host and ISP just for evidence but he's about to be hit by a shit storm.

A lawyer can probably request subpeona from the host or ISP that the IP address is being used from, if legal cause is found (for copyright theft it's probably easier than proving something on the wiki site) but nevertheless, law enforcement doesn't need to get involved.

It's a reference to a thread which Kelly posted about last week - since deleted which linked to a site which used the Wiki name (but had no relationship with the original wikileaks site) to name and "shame" people in the sex industry - posting the supposed real names addresses and more of hundreds of escorts, porn film makers etc - together with all sorts of negative remarks and mis-information. A very poisonous site. Kelly lobbied for the link to it to be removed - which the mods here have done. I think she suspects some of the HA membership are still posting to that site.

it's a pretty poisonous project - a sort of deranged shadow version of this site. I'm not naming it for obvious reasons.

Well I don't and many others who have profiles on the site don't either. A lot of our fans BELIEVE what they wrote. Most people online don't have common sense Ed. I had at least 50 fans writing to me to say I'm sorry you contracted HIV. Which I had to send all of them my HIV test and put it on my blog.

Type your own name on their search engine and you will notice theres a whole page dedicated to you aswell.

Thanks Mayrah - this isn't only effecting the t niche or the gay niche..this is effecting the mainstream niche if they support us or have friends that are t or gay. So for instance, if SB 459 passes, an adult movie company which shoots a movie using no contract players but as many as 10 freelance performers (five sex scenes with two performers each) could easily find itself liable for $50,000 in civil penalties for paying the performers as independent contractors if CalOSHA decides that they are "employees"—and if the company did that for possibly as few as two movies, the penalties could easily ramp up to $250,000 per movie.



"To make matters worse, SB 459 made no allowance for affirmative defense against a misclassification, such as relying upon the advice of legal counsel, complying with case law, or adhering to industry-wide standards and historical practice," Gray noted.
