We owe drag queens BIG TIME -for decades the most visible proof that degrees of transgender can be accepted as popular entertainment, and because they were so pitilessly scorned by 'mainstream gay' men and women in the aftermath of Stonewall in 1968 (read Silvia Rivera's moving testimony to this in Martin Duberman's Stonewall). I didn't see Vicki Marlane, I hope she has found her rest.

What is the name of the drag star in the SF/Bay area who does an amazing Madonna act -preferably even to the real one-??
