They have to still approve me as a partner and they have to aprove every video you put up as a partner..
In case it don't meet the guidelines or other copyrighted acts

People looking at your vids will see adverts for condoms and lube.
Did i say condoms and lube...Sorry Granny. I meant walking frames, incontinence pads and Dettol!

I had a youtube a while back, over a 1million views, rev share on 4 of my videos.
My site was mostly reviewing diapers and "Adult Baby" content, but it was all very PG, more like a "lifestyle" blog, designated for adults and content for trans-people. Once I had accrued enough money through the rev share to receive a check, all my stuff was flagged down and to this day I didn't receive the 200+ dollars I had earned.
Be careful. Youtube's community guidelines allow for individual users (haters) to take down a channel because it is too controversial. For myself and a comedian friend of mine, it seems to happen when they have to pay you. It's sometimes not worth compromising the ease of viewership to make the nickels and dimes that adsense pays you.
Just a recollection of my experiences, I recently reapplied for rev share on my LetsGetSRS youtube. If they take me off the site, they've got a pissed & discriminated against journalist on their hands, and nobody wants that.

Reve is short for revenue. It means they can force us to watch their pathetic ads before we can see your big beautiful sweet smile. They know you are a TG, so they will put on ads for crap that your typical fans and viewers might be interested in buying.
It's all about the money honey.

Not entirely true. Many of the larger companies like Vevo can put ads on before your videos, but what the average Youtuber is receiving revenue from is Banner ads and "In-Line ads" (things that pop-up during the video). It's possible to disable these ads in the youtube settings and create an ad-free page, but if you disable it for 1 video, you lose adshare for all of your videos.
For example, "Smosh" doesn't put ads before their videos because of the attention span of their viewers, but FreddieW does because his videos are niche enough to wait the extra few seconds. Most bands put links to download their songs, and even independent videos that feature licensed music (except warner bros and a few others) allow there to be links to the songs on Itunes or Amazon.
Youtube is a tricky situation, google-owned and unapologetic in it's actions. At least it's better than Facebook, which is constantly deleting names of transperformers and just recently killed the grooby fanpage.
As a final note, I implore you ladies, if you make stuff that's explicit, please tag with an 18+ marker in the title or video info, it's good to be transparent in your actions and let folks know what they are in for, it really cuts down on the trolling for everyone.
