I've heard some information about the Middle East and transsexuals. I believe in Iran it is illegal to be homosexual. Now homosexuals are having sex changes to be able to legally date, fuck, and marry men. I believe they must also get SRS. This is not your everyday reason to become a transsexual.

Do you consider these people transsexuals?

Very difficult question, but I'd have to say, no, I don't consider them to be transsexuals, because I think you have to feel like you are a woman born in a man's body and take steps to rectify the situation by living full-time as a woman, willingly, to be considered a transsexual. Gay men forced to change sexes will not have that mental self-image as being a woman.
