i have 2 x glocks, m4 , 44 automag .....lastnight i ordered an SA80 1, and a HK MP5 ... i used to have a full size M16 A1 but i broke it , and I had an old AK47 but i lost that one lol ..

BigDF the guns are 1:1 replica scale ....though they are lighter as they are mostly abs plastic ... though that M3 fires 330fps :) fully auotmatic :) my automag is to light .. i used to shoot a real 44automag at the range .. that was epicness

We can get them in black but they have orange tips on the barrel that I usually remove or paint over. I have H&K MP5, H&K UMP, M4A1, H&K MP7, Glock 17, Beretta 92 and a 1911. I want to get a H&K G36C, Barrett M82, Tavor TAR 21 and Mac 11 among others.

You said they are plastic? Is that just the kind you're buying or does England not allow the full metal ones? I have mostly metal guns.

in england the metal ones are really expensive and you need a airsoft club license for .as they are full color replica ... my m4 has some metal in it ...

i get the cheap double eagle makes .. g36c is like 20pounds.. i then just paint it up .. i only want them for movie props basically :)

nice collection ... personally i want to make an AA12 Autoshotgun but i will probably habe to make that from wood with some alumunion plates .. and a film drum :)

Libby, If you're ever in FL, you can pose with my REAL M1 Rifles, & Carbines, M14 & M16 rifles & my Colt M1911A1 pistols. Of course they'll all be cleared of any ammo. You can even dress up (or down!) in some period camo..

I've never shot a .44automag, but I've shot the cartridge from revolvers. I own 2 .41 magnums which was designed initially as a compromise between the .357 magnum and the .44. It's not too bad out of a large frame revolver, but unfortunately it never really caught on and commercial ammo is very expensive. The.44 magnum is a nice powerful cartridge, but nothing beats the 230gr .45ACP in JHP, coupled with the quick reload capability inherent in a pistol like the M1911. Wasn't the .44 automag a very limited run novelty item? I think there was more it that gun in the old dirty harry movie than what exists currently.

Lib, you have to come to the states, we can set you up with some real 'props'.

The reasons why the Army didn't purchase the AA12 are quite simple: 1)The amount of ammo it would eat would put a kink in the supply chain they don't want. 2)The manufacturer hasn't got the social skills to sell it to the brass and isn't large enough for them to pay attention to. 3)It probably doesn't cost enough money for them to pay attention to.

Remember on the opening day of establishing the no-fly zone they fired 155 Tomahawk missiles at 20 targets. Those go for $1.4mil a copy and used to be extremely accurate, at least during Desert Storm when one was actually observed going through the doorway on a target.

That thing has no range and no accuracy. Why would we want it when we already have the Mk19???

Actually the AA-12 is a phenomenal weapon, the issue is that it is not practical, the AK-74 has a high rate of fire but accuracy suffers, not only due to the high rate of fire but the complacency that it brings.
A competent (let alone a highly trained) marksman with an M4 set to single fire can out shoot someone relying on their guns "massive firepower"
I am not disagreeing there are problems with our military supply system (for example look at the money dumped into the XM29/XM8/XM ":whatever they are calling it today", or if you are interested look into why the military caries M-9 pistols even though they are less reliable, and underpowered compared to the less expensive (at the time at least) 1911s) but from someone that served in Afghanistan in 02 and Iraq 3 times after that, do not take everything about that article at face value.
