I don't know Lisa it looks like the kid was using exogenous testosterone and when he switched to female hormones all the extra test converted to estrogen too. Why do you think its impossible? Hormones these days are serious stuff. Not to be taken lightly thats for sure. I shot a girl this past week who was only 19 and was a tgirl for less than a year. And she looked better than that.

Well actually I learned that when you take exogenous testosterone and your body senses that you are on 50x more test than you should be, the human body will compensate and covert it all to estrogen. So if he was shooting up with male mones, and then female mones, he would have had his balls shut down already because of using exogenous test. It's science. Anyone who knows their hormones knows this to be true. I'm surprised you don't. Not arguing with you because you probably do know more, but this is true 100%. And it more than likely made for an easier transition.

I call bullshit. It's probably dude's twin sister or something. The first on-going transition segment, only a few weeks in, is the tell-tale. Did anyone notice the complete lack of transitional shots from bodybuilder to girl-next-door? Never mind just the fact that hormones take years (plural) to work, how was all that muscle shed before even that?

Yeah, sorry, but...

@Lisa Actually no. If she used hormones while bodybuilding without training for years to build a strong muscular foundation then once she stopped using mones her muscle mass would not be sustained by her natural testosterone levels, therefore there would be muscle "shrinkage" for lack of a better word.

@Bella I believe that this person actually did transition, whether the time frame is correct I cannot say but this individual does not appear to be a genetic female.

Well, I've seen several pretty transwomen who were brawny looking prior to transition. This woman was a soldier prior to transitioning.

This is absolutely correct. She would be smaller than when she started within months. There are tons of pro bodybuilders who go off the shit and shrink from 270+ pounds to 180 in a matter of months. Just look up Kevin Levrone he did it every single year from 1993-2003. The muscle is simply real, but chemically enhanced. A natural athlete could never sustain it, and natural test levels would never be normal again.

Maybe you should pay closer attention yourself. Nothing showed incremental progress in this video. It goes from a shot of 'him' high-fiving body builders directly to one of 'her' from day one on HRT, and the subjects of the photos look completely different. Where's the rest of the story? A huge chapter is missing.

It obviously depends on the individual. Are you even sure the first pictures are taken just as hormones were started?

I dont think she went straight from the roid muscle peak to transition. Its the same person though. Also, she is not as feminine and developed as some of the shots would indicate.

Here is a recent vlog where she talks about bodybuiding and show she still has a good deal of muscle development.

Are you even sure the first pictures are taken just as hormones were started?im sure the gap is actually years between roids to hrt,if you notice most shemales have veins in there arms and curvy arms who had some athletic ability prior to hrt i can attest to this because ive been on hrt for over a decade and i still look athletic yet for 10 straight years my levels are less then a genetic girl i know this becasue im tested every 4 months so i know what im talking about.

Just how much transformation did we really see in that video?

The vid begins with bodybuilding pics in spring '09, that leaves almost a year before HRT. The HRT starts at :35sec into the vid, she is already thinner than from the BB pics, then other than makeup, and "cleavage" and forms she really dos'nt look that different at the end then from HRT start at :35sec.

Lots of flattering poses and heavy makeup is most of what we saw. In her other vids you can see she is still pretty thick, just not 'pumped up" like a BB and appears to still wear forms.

No problemo sis, i'm always honest and even more if people ask me things about taking hormones.
Like you said it takes time too see some changes, none of us changed within a few months, unless your very young of age when starting with hormones.
Take a look at Kim Petras, she's very feminine but she started on hormonen by the age of 15

And offcourse, the more feminine you look as a male the sooner you will start looking feminine.
There are so many Transvestites who look just gorgeous and extremely feminine only using some make-up and a wig...
But they were born with a big portion of luck.

I agree. If she stopped the exogenous T when her own 'nads were already shut down, starved herself and took estrogen, perhaps she was able to lose a very significant amount of muscle relatively quickly.

Besides, not all HRT is the same. Some people get put on little doses of HRT meant for grannies, while other people get dosed better.

If someone is inclined to take steroids (testosterone), probably not legally, then might that person also inclined to dose herself with who-knows-how-much estrogen via the internet pharmacies?

It's better to go the legitimate route though and get legal hormones from a reliable pharmacy under a doctor's supervision.

Not HIS body, HER body.

She is still clockable because of prominent shoulders and slender hips. Definitely not an optimal waist-to-hip ratio, but perhaps within 3 standard deviations of the female average.

She does resemble Scully of the old X-Files tv show a bit.

Well, Christian Bale did lose 62 pounds in 4 months for the role on The Machinist didn't he?... that was probably a bit extreme, and certainly unhealthy, but the guy did it and more than likely without the need for hormones.

"Christian Bale starved himself for over four months prior to filming, as his character needed to look drastically thin. Allegedly, his eating consisted of one cup of coffee and an apple (or a can of tuna) each day (approximately 275 calories, or 1.2 kilojoules).[4] According to the DVD commentary, he lost 28 kilograms (62 lb), reducing his body mass to 54 kilograms (120 lb). Bale wanted to go down to 45 kilograms (99 lb), but the filmmakers would not let him due to health concerns. He later regained the mass, plus an additional 27 kilograms (60 lb) through weightlifting and proper eating, in preparation for his role in Batman Begins."

The Machinist - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia@@AMEPARAM@@/wiki/File:The_Machinist_poster.JPG" class="image"><img alt="" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/b/b9/The_Machinist_poster.JPG"@@AMEPARAM@@en/b/b9/The_Machinist_poster.JPG (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Machinist)

It seems a little bit far fetched and almost impossible... but the key word here is "almost".

As for the guy of the video, it seems to me more of a matter of clever angles than real weight reduction / redistribution.

Just my two cents.
