do you think the new movie Transamerica is worth seeing? I think it's about a post op who is confronted with a son she/he fathered.

Check out Rachel Pollack, an SF and comics writer (Doom Patrol) and tarot expert who created the Shining Woman Tarot deck. She has referred to herself as a "trance-sexual" and featured transsexual characters in one of the most outrageously inventive comics ever, The Doom Patrol, taking over the writing when Grant Morrison moved on to other projects. Her novels include Unquenchable Fire (1989 Arthur C. Clarke Award winner), Godmother Night (1997 World Fantasy Award for Best Novel winner), and Temporary Agency (nominee for 1994 Nebula Award for Best Novel), and one of the top books on Tarot, 78 Degrees of Wisdom.
