Gay men have slightly bigger penises
The relation between sexual orientation and penile dimensions in a large sample of men was studied. Subjects were 5122 men interviewed by the Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender, and Reproduction from 1938 to 1963. They were dichotomously classified as either homosexual (n = 935) or heterosexual (n = 4187). Penile dimensions were assessed using five measures of penile length and circumference from Kinsey’s original protocol. On all five measures, homosexual men reported larger penises than did heterosexual men. Explanations for these differences are discussed, including the possibility that these findings provide additional evidence that variations in prenatal hormonal levels (or other biological mechanisms affecting reproductive structures) affect sexual orientation development.

A 2009 study into the female orgasm during penetrative sex tested whether there was a correlation between ability to achieve orgasm during sex and penis length.
Evidence was recently provided for vaginal orgasm, orgasm triggered purely by penile-vaginal intercourse (PVI), being associated with better psychological functioning. Common sex education and sexual medicine approaches might undermine vaginal orgasm benefits. Aims. To examine the extent to which women’s vaginal orgasm consistency is associated with (i) being told in childhood or adolescence that the vagina was the important zone for inducing female orgasm; (ii) how well they focus mentally on vaginal sensations during PVI; (iii) greater PVI duration; and (iv) preference for above-average penis length.
The study found that regularity and predictability of vaginal orgasms depends on a number of factors including the length of the penis and the duration of intercourse, but it concluded that the duration or quality of foreplay was not a factor.
More than a third of the women involved in the study reported they were more likely to have an orgasm with a longer than average penis (6 inches).
“Given that the vagina [has a high nerve density] throughout… more thorough stimulation of the full length of the vagina… might result in a more fulfilling experience”.
This sits with another study in the last year in which a hundred percent of the women studied reported penis size making a difference in pleasure during sex. (http://thehungblog.com/2010/03/11/size-matters-scientific-study-of-womens-penis-size-preferences-suggests-bigger-thicker-better/)
