Have you never taken a high school biology class? Trying to compare milk production to sperm production makes no sense. A m to f transsexual can't produce eggs, just like a f to m transsexual can't produce sperm. Both men and women have mammary glands which are responsible for milk production. Some men can produce milk free of any hormones.
