Oriental n (15c): a member of one of the indigenous peoples of the Orient.
and, in more general terms and defining the region:

oriental adj (14c) 4. cap of, relating to, or constituting the biogeographic region that includes Asia south and southwest of the Himalayas and the Malay archipelago west of Wallace's line.

I suppose you'd prefer that I specify nationality (which is often misleading as nations straddle ethnic concentrations)?
