Unless Roxanne went by a different name, that is not Sheeba. Roxanne was a really sweet Latina, who lived near Ft. Lauderdale Beach in the late 90's. Used to see her pretty regular, till the Peruvian marching powder got a little too much. She took a long time to make the total transition, but all the while.....so beautiful. She's the first I ever D.T'd.
