Do people even know what Caucasian means? Caucasian is rubbish. It's junk science created by a German in the 1800's who used craniology which is measuring skulls. It's pretty much been shown since then to be crap. He named it after the Georgians who he thought were the archetype of the Caucasian peoples. I could go into mitochondrial dna or haplogroups but lets make it simple. Race as we know it is essentially a construct. Genetics proves that most of these so called races are effectively variants of the same basic prototypes. We as humans tend to try to group things that look similar into a group together. In general most of the groups you mention have the same mitochondrial dna and most have the same haplogroups meaning that millions of years back they had the same progenitors. Varaitions in looks tend to be due to Darwins survival of the fittest where certain genes proved to be beneficial in certain areas so that people with those genetic variations and mutations thrived whilst others without them didn't. The so called Caucasian grouping covers a huge area with a hugely diverse group of people who look very different - India through the Caucasas region and into Europe proper. All it really means is that they tend to have the same cranial shape. If you compare say skin colour you see obvious differences based on temperature and sun exposure. A Caucasiuan person from Northern Europe looks different to a Caucasian person from Southern India. The Slavic people had slightly (and I do mean slightly different head shapes when measured so were grouped differently but in terms of skin pigment etc location had an effect. Slavs from nearer the med are darker than Slavs from the north etc.

If you want to say that they appear to be from a different region then by all means say that but if I put 100 Russians and 100 Georgians in a room together and got most people to try to put 100 people into what they thought was Russian and 100 into what they thought was Georgian and I'm fairly certain people would struggle because in general they have more characteristics in common than they have differences even though 100 would be Slavic and 100 Caucasian under the very broad general term based on a limited measurement sample by a dodgy 19th century scientist. Some would be obviously one group or the other based on them having a typical look that you expect from that group whilst others would have minimal distinctions.

Culturally different people from different areas can be quite different even people from quite close areas. You only have to look at Britain to see rapid shifts in culture, accent etc over very short distances but genetically they are very similar. Certainly if you knew the accents, mannerisms, slang etc you could differentiate those 200 people easier but in general they actually dont look hugely different.

Heck genetically we are 97% the same as chimps. If we used the same dodgy scientific methods and generalisations as Blumenbach did when he created the Caucasian racial archetype you might as well say we are chimps. It wouldn't make us chimps.

Russia and Georgia are actually near the epicentre of the most diverse haplogroup numbers in the world. Whilst Russia has a larger % of r1a genetic markers than say Georgia both share a largish %. That means that many people would in fact share the same genetic traits common with that haplogroup.

Enhancing the picture makes the blurring easy to spot. Reducing the the threshold to 10 shows where natural gradients stop and turn into perfect gradients. Adjusting levels and contrast can do the same. Judging a photoshop in minute detail isn't something you can do with just a basic understanding of how Gaussian functions work. Using photoshop to uncover photoshops produces evidence.
