No, she was working to brief, and anyway, you can't really tell a hairdo like that until you see the right dress and makeup too. Somebody going out to a black-tie do would look very good in that.

the point of hairshows isnt to do something everyday its to do something out there that takes talent and time to create its not meant to be taken as "the next big thing" its just to show ur ability.... this was my first hair show as well shay

yeah i go to Aveda Institute its really good like top of the line cosmo college.. im still in "alpha" or basics ive only done chemisty and design and this show was to show what we learned in design... to get her ends to stick like that i used "firmatta" by aveda and did it wet then i flat ironed it and sprayed the ends pink w/ wash out spray from sallys... the back of her head looks like flower but i didnt load it to this comp ill load it later :D

hahahaha.... no we dont get ghetto clients thnk god... but i do know what u mean about "if u dont have it before u sit down..." been there done that... aww hes cute and that is FUNNY ... i was doing this socialite womans hair/ makeup for some houston political event and this guy drew *very feminine* came up and started chatting etc etc and when he left she said "its ppl like that that make me want to do the yes for prop 2 galla" ( prop 2 was the amendment in tx that make anything other then a legal church ceremony in tx illegal ie: gay marriage) so i said to her "youre going to need someone else to work w/ you b/c im refusing you service from here out" and my teacher runs up and is all "whats going on??" i said she has insulted not only my friends but myself as well and i pay way to much money to let some snooty no cuthe bitch talk shit in front of me while im doing her a favor" and the woman is all " im sorry i didnt realize u had such strong feelings about something that doesnt concern you" i said "im a very PROUD transexual woman and im not going to have u disrespect me the way you have good ridance" i ended up getting suspended for the rest of the week * 2 days* but im not sorry and i wont sit idly by while ppl do such things...

Your teacher should be fired and blacklisted if thats the designs he/she is coming up with. Mom used to own a Salon with 5 girls on before she got a REAL career, so IMO that NewAge/Urban shit is rubbish....Ive seen some fine designs come out of the Ethnic shops on North Broad in Philly from girls that have never finished high school.
