I just came to a realization today. I'm a dumbfuck. I know that evil exists in the world, but I belived that most people cared about other people. I know now that this is not the case. Every board has its share of trolls. They just can't stay away. Over the years I have developed an admittedly childish pleasure in beating them up. This board seems to have a fairly strong infestation. Baran is the most recent, they come through at about 2 a week.

Now on some boards the mods would pull the ripcord on these chimps and trolls before their virtual ink was dry. But the mods here are very cool and relaxed, which I think is better. But it means they're still there.

A lot of guys on this board do care. You obviously do. I do. I'm prepared to bet Ecstatic does, and LG and Seanchai and Thugsation and NYCe and a good few others too. And there are some really, really nice girls on here too. But there will always be the chimps and the trolls and the jerks. Either piss on 'em or ignore 'em. Never, ever, let them get to you.
