Sorry to say, but I think it looks pretty gross. But then, I'm part of the older generation still coming to grips with my growing irrelevance.

Just like anything else they reflect how well you take care of yourself. If you don't wash them them then you do get 'ear cheese' which smells gross, but so long as you keep up with washing them they are fine. I am very cleanly with my mine and take them out to wash when I shower.

I guess reviving this thread from the dead, but I feel like my chances for being wanted are slim to none. If people dislike stretched ears I'm fucked. I have much more than that going on. This isn't even a face pic, I'm likely one of the more pierced/alternative transgirls out there.
