That's just the type of thing to post on a thread where Libbs herself said "I'm shittng myself" (so would I be if I was about to go under a surgeon's scalpel), and where most of the other people who posted - myself amongst them - did so to wish her luck, etc. and give her a bit of moral support.

Does Libbs have a masculine face? Yes, I'll admit that, but if she's going to have facial feminisation surgery, then she is obviously aware of that herself. Am I physically attracted to her? I have my consultation tomorrow at 9am so will post once back from there, thats where Dr Chettawaut will explain what he is going to do, and what is achievable ...i do have very define bone structure, yes a strong jaw but that is also an advantage with the bone work i am having done as i have more to grind to scuplpt etc ...what i do have that the surgeon is pleased with is wicked cheekbones so they dont need touch ..

thanks all xx had my consultations today .. its 1.40pm here in the afternoon ..

All is going well hopefully.. My surgeon is going to do some extensive Jaw/Chin sculpting to alter the angle ,,as we all know i do have a strong jaw :)
But what is good is that my actual facial features are small so that will make the feminsitonation process alot more effective ..

He is going to alter my lip shapement and posture of it so it curls out and has a pout .. no filling though , just adjustment ...

Nose he is going to do in 2 stages .. the top of nose to thin out the bone and straigthen .. then the base of nose will be made thinner, reducing the flesh and making a little upturn .. (when i come back in 4/5months for touching up he will reduce the width of nostril of flair if i have any )

I go in on wednesday for it all at 8.30am , surgery is 2.30pm ...

Had a look at the implants going with moderate profile instead of high profile, so this will give me the width that i wanted originally .. its interesting as the texture of the timplants are way softer than the monobilic silicones i currently have ..

I am going to the nana plaza tonight to meet up with some girls play some pool and chillax ...

I am having the nose, Jaw/Chin/Lip all dealt with this time round .. beleive he called it lower/mid face FFS .. then in 4months i come back and have all the upper work done .. eyelids/Orbitals/Browlift and a tiny bit of forehead ...he told me it was to much to have it all done in 1hit better to split it down into 2 stages ..

What is the mask thing like that tehy make you wear? congrats on all your work .. its good to hear/see people getting on with their lives ..

I have my consultation tomorrow at 9am so will post once back from there, thats where Dr Chettawaut will explain what he is going to do, and what is achievable ...i do have very define bone structure, yes a strong jaw but that is also an advantage with the bone work i am having done as i have more to grind to scuplpt etc ...what i do have that the surgeon is pleased with is wicked cheekbones so they dont need touch ..
