Is the Chat Function area used that much. I've logged on but not a soul was there chatting. If it is used on a regular basis' when is the best time to try and log on?

You have a better chance of finding a couple of folks in there in the wee hours, after midnite EST or 10-ish PST, since the ones that are more likely to be in chat mode are the night creatures. :)

There's also a couple of chat topics that come to the top of the queue when you click new messages and someone's alerted the masses to their being in there. Angela's good at that. :)
