yeah on the street or at the just4tires parking lot fills up by 11 so sometimes parking on side streets later, they have a car that patrols the block of the club so def not a shady as parking a car by cobra

What Sparky said.Felicia might be a better source since she frequented it far more times than I did,but Peanuts -- particular toward the end -- benefited greatly from an area where there were other bars and eateries,hence an impromptu walk-up crowd which would really boost attendance after midnight.Also,the floor plan is a lot different from that of Peanuts or Club Cobra.Peanuts was a cavernous airplane hanger,whereby Club Cobra and Blue Moon are simply large bars with dance floors.The lounge,or sit down area,at Blue Moon Nights hits one just as they walk in with the bar positioned to the right of it.The dance floor where Sparky and others generally take their pictures and videos of the girls is in the back,with the outdoor smoking section off to the left in the back.No,it doesn't get the crowds Peanuts did,but in the times I've been there,I've had a good time with the crowd that is there.It's real easy to talk to people there at Blue Moon;more personal.AND,unlike Peanuts and Club Cobra,there is no parking issue there at Blue Moon.None.Yes,you can park on Lankershim.Don't forget,it's held on Thursdays,so parking is not an issue. :)

The music was constantly blaring and it was hard to converse with someone you just met. I felt like an old man who was loosing his hearing. "What?" "What did you say?". I must go check it out.
I assume people don't show up until around 11:30-12:00, like Peanuts and Cobra. I remember in my early days going to Peanuts, I'd show up around 10:30 or so and there would be about 12 guys and maybe 3 girls. Then by midnight the place was packed. I have to say I miss Peanuts...

On thursdays, it is specifically geared towards the ts community...but it has a good vibe, many people interacting with each other & it's pretty nice inside, has tables off to the side of the dance floor as well, which can give you a bit more privacy....

it's more of a night club feel then a dive bar, big difference from all the other tgirl bars is its the only one that isn't a everyday gay bar, so everyone there has the same goals! it's all about the girls, their fans and the shemale porn industry! it's all about chillin out with relaxed people, no stress just let it flow, the girls are very nice and the guys are really chill, So come pick up a free dvd, watch all the gogo tgirls shakin their booties and chat with other guys with same views! it's free before 11 so the crowd tries to get in at 10:55 and we are open to 3AM which no other bar does, so thats what separates us from the rest!
