i think this is not strict BDSM dresscode, they are just trying to avoid jeans Tshirts and other casual-wear.

you can buy (or rent) a cool set of vintage military uniform,
heck, a nice, all black suite with a Zoro mask would probably work to... if you add a leather collar to it... :)
