It sounds like she got fired for being transgendered. I mean if there was never a history of work problems with her, then it looks like she got fired for being transgendered. Hope she wins, if it was a case of discrimination.

I doubt there's going to be much of any resolution to this, but I think it's pretty obvious she was fired for being transgendered. If Hearthside Food Solutions had originally meant to fire her, they would have a week prior to moving her to a new facility and retraining her.

They likely fired her because some dip shit went to the office and complained about feeling uncomfortable around her. The company likely thought they were making the right move removing the "distraction", and that's probably the device they'll use in court.

...Makes me feel pretty bad for her.
