Hmmm...a FOXNOISE host who thinks Bush and Cheney should be indicted for denial of habeas corpus and torture. He's not too thrilled with Bybee or John Yoo either. Those are not exactly positions sanctioned by Hannity, O'Reilly and Beck. I think if Napolitano was on any other network, the FOX crowd would be calling him an America hating liberal. Hell, the average FOX viewer would want his head on a pike for being civil to Ralph Nader. How does he manage to keep a job at the slaver and drool network?

lol no clue. For some reason I thought he had been a federal judge, I didn't realize until I watched this that he had been a state judge. It definitely was an interesting interview.
