There are guys who would still like her after knowing she's post-op.

Sure, there are always exceptions but guys who can deal with the girls history are few and far between, just really hard for them to get past all the pre conceptions. Obviously her fiancée was not into her for her, too bad for her that had to play out for the world to see, would have been much better if he could have had some character and it would have wound up working out.
