When I get a message I get a popup asking me if I'd like to open a new window to view it, but the window doesn't open. Is this an issue with pop-up blockers or is it a bug?

That's not a bug. There's a warning message onscreen telling you to disable pop-up blockers in order to have a new window open.

I didn't think I had a popup blocker installed on this browser (Chrome). I guess it's built in. Thanks. :)
