Ummm -

It really depends on what type of women you like I believe.

If you like Asian chicks, then any of the places you mention with women of Asian decent will work for you. You can go to the Philippines, its cheap and don't listen to the moron who posted above me. The Philippines are probably the most underdeveloped of the 3 countries: things don't necessarily work right, frustrating to get official things done, very widespread deep poverty,... if you haven't lived abroad or traveled much in developing countries this could be a bit perturbing... it's also a bit more difficult to get around. I always debate Thailand or the Philippines. I usually end up going to Thailand because it seems more developed and easier to get around. I want to try something different though. I will probably go to Brazil and maybe Thailand again after. I also looked at flights to the Philippines. They are shorter than Bangkok by a few hours, however you have to fly Philippine Airlines which has a lot of sub par reviews. I'm trying to find more cities as Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket are becoming overcrowded with tourists. Bangkok is pricier than Pattya in Thailand and Brasil- well it varies with the currency. Having had a friend go there 20+ times he (maybe incorrectly) told me the areas where the trevsti were were not all that safe. The Philippines is so inexpensive all around- like a NICE room for $20-$25/night.

Philippine is great, but you should stick to the main travelling routes, Manila,Makati as there's always a case or two about foreigners being kidnapped in other provinces. Bangkok is a great destination as well but everything out there is over commercialized, The escort service out there is really expensive and there's always a hidden fee in the equation. To take a girl home from the club you have to pay a bar fine around 600 Baht, and to get her in bed is another 2500 baht. But other from that, The cost of life at these two places are relatively cheap, Easy to make a life for yourself, You can just build an apartment with 2 million pesos in the phils and rent it, you will enjoy an early retirement. But if push comes to shove and i have to choose a place i would always choose Brazil over the Phils and Thailand even though the cost of life is more expensive, Brazil transgender population is higher than in Phils and thailand but its easier to meet Transgender peoples in Bangkok. The only downside about these two asian countries is the quality of their transitions. The asian girls have the most feminine face but their body still remains masculine. It's a hard one. If you've been to Thailand you probably want to try something different like myself. The problem is your usually limited to 2-3 weeks. In South America and Central America there isn't much action going on and it takes a lot of effort to meet people. Most of the areas and clubs to meet people in Brazil are now closed or there is no info on. Everything is spread out in brazil so you have to get a taxi or uber everywhere. There has also been some political reasons that people are just staying away from South America. Also, some older friends from the Philippines and Vietnam advise to go to Thailand. Thailand has a lot more pros. There was a place in Buenos Aires called club Amerika that is fun. Unfortunately, other than that people in Buenos Aires pretty much keep to themselves. They are very friendly and respectful it just it take a lot to warm up to them.

It would be nice but I would never say the English speaking is a problem. Japan has almost no English speaking. If Americans are going to Brasil there should be some effort to learn some of the language. Most Americans are taught Spanish in school and I'm assuming most Brasilians are taught English in school so it might be a little easier for Brasilians to speak English.

I cannot speak to the TS scene as I did not partake when I was in Bogota a few weeks ago, but as to where to stay, I stayed in Emaus and it was a very nice upscale area of Bogota.

My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina and while it was expensive by any standard, it was a wonderful hotel in every aspect.

One word of warning about the Four Seasons, my wife and I were coming back from dinner one night and we saw hotel security giving a much older British man and his Columbian "girlfriend" trouble about allowing her in.
